Additional or Missing Parts

If you find that some components are missing, please contact us and we will then send you the missing parts.


Damaged Shipping Box

If you find that the box is visibly damaged during shipping, you must refuse to accept the shipment and contact us immediately. 


Order Cancellation and Refunds

Your order can only be canceled if it has not yet been dispatched. If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately, we will then refund your payment.



Once a box has been dispatched, it cannot be returned. If you find that some components are missing, you should contact us directly to resolve any issues. We will then send you the missing parts.



We aim at delivering the most positive Make at Home experience. Although we do not offer warrenty, we are happy to help at any time to ensure that your child is having the best experience. So if a part is defect or you need an additional part, please contact us.
